Rugs are carefully hung in our heated drying room for overnight drying. When completed, rugs are thoroughly vacuumed, hand groomed, rolled up and placed in our storage bins

After thorough initial inspection, most rugs are run through our Dust Extractor (one huge and powerful vacuum cleaner) to remove deep down dust and grit prior to washing.

After the Dust Extractor process, rugs go through our cleaning Zephyr. All rugs are safely cleaned with a high powered jet of Ph balanced detergent and water; two sets of soft nylon brushes that are raised or lowered depending on individuals rugs thickness, through a rinse cycle and then proceed through a wringer roll system which removes approximately 90% of the water.

All rugs are meticulously brushed and groomed by hand  before being hoisted up in our temperature controlled Drying Room.

The following day, the rugs are inspected and if necessary, respotted and recleaned.
